I'm not going to preface this with too much because I think the title says it all. There is not much better than a good margarita in my world. Brian actually came up with this concoction a while back and I just helped put it down on paper. Seriously, you're going to love this. Enjoy with delicious mexican food or on its own.
Mango Margaritas
makes 2 large or 4 small margaritas
3 ripe mangos
1/2 c. gold tequila
3 Tbs agave nectar
ice
Dice the mangos into large chunks. Place in a blender with the tequila and agave nectar. Fill the rest of the blender with ice and blend until there are no large pieces left in the blender. Drink forever.
